Support the Brandeis Softball program and the long anticipated field project!
Beginning in the Spring of 2026, Brandeis will construct a premier, fully turfed softball facility in a new location in the athletics complex, replacing the current Marcus Field. This project will provide a true home field for the Judges softball program and represents a long-overdue equity investment that supports the university’s Title IX priorities and values.
While the university is providing support to begin construction and accommodate the needs of the program, we need your help to add additional amenities to create a state of the art facility to support our student-athletes and improve their experience as members of the Brandeis softball program.
Brandeis is committed to building a field that includes:
- A modern turf playing surface featuring professional-grade drainage
- Full facility lighting to extend field availability and play-time
- Dugouts, bullpens, and batting cages tailored to the needs of our athletes
- A press box and digital scoreboard for a top-tier fan experience
We need your help to add the bells and whistles to make this a premiere facility in New England. Whether heated dugouts, bucket seating for fans, comprehensive branding, and so much more!
The anticipated completion date for the new softball field is ahead of the Spring 2027 competitive season. Gifts of any amount will directly benefit our efforts to construct a top-tier field and allow us to stay on time with our completion date. Any funds raised above and beyond the goal of the campaign will be utilized by the softball program and will directly support the student-athlete experience.
